Roz has worked in the finance sector for 13 years, having spent 5 years in banking before moving to a local mortgage broker where she undertook all of the administration for the mortgage team and submitted life and critical illness applications. Roz joined ARM in June 2022 and provides a vital role in assisting all of the CSDs, and their teams, with payments, board pack preparation and general administration. Roz’s can-do attitude makes her a vital part of the ARM team and ensures a high level of client servicing at all times.
