• Licensed and regulated in Guernsey, having been established and capitalised by ARM in 2001
• WIPL provides a ready-made, licensed and regulated entity to accommodate clients’ cells
• WIPL allows you the opportunity to develop risk management strategies without the complexities and associated costs of a conventional company

ARM Insurance Limited (“ARMI”)::

• Licensed and regulated in Bermuda and capitalised by ARM
• As with WIPL in Guernsey, ARMI offers clients the opportunity to establish segregated “cells” in Bermuda if that is their preferred domicile
