Underwriting and Compliance Officer

Nicky started her insurance career at Generali Worldwide Insurance, as an account executive, managing a portfolio of corporate risk and pension clients, during which time she gained the Advanced Diploma in Insurance. Prior to joining ARM in 2012, Nicky spent five and half years as an Account Executive for a captive manager, looking after a varied portfolio of both small and multi-national pure captives, where she honed her experience in captive insurance management, with particular focus being made on insurance reporting and underwriting. Since joining ARM, Nicky has gained the ICA Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance and provides support to the Compliance Director on new business proposals, from both an underwriting and regulatory perspective.
