Company Secretary

Loren has been working in the finance industry since 2009 and joined ARM in 2016 as a Company Secretarial Specialist. Over this time, Loren has accumulated a wealth of practical experience in a variety of company secretarial and compliance matters. Additionally, Loren has received a Diploma in Business Administration and in 2018 completed level five of The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly ICSA) International Finance and Administration qualification. Loren’s day-to-day roles within ARM include the oversight and management of all company secretarial matters for both insurance and non-insurance entities and she is part of the take-on and new business team, a role she particularly enjoys.
